Terms and Conditions

To make a booking please Contact Us to check availability of dates required.

All reservations are confirmed by sending a 30% non-refundable deposit to Lynnview, Holm Rd., Kirkwall, KW15 1RX. The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival by either Cheque (payable to "Clive Swannie") or Bank Transfer.

Your accommodation will be ready for you by 2.30pm on your arrival day and the property must be vacated by 10am on departure day. Alternative times can be arranged only if possible.

If for any reason you have to cancel your booking before the balance is due, please contact us immediately to avoid any loss of refund. Our policy on refund is as follows;

  • Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival - 60% refund
  • Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival - 30% refund
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the accommodation.

Our properties are all non-smoking.

We offer a free of charge cleaning service for bookings of over seven days.

Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at your own risk.
